Dear Vendor,
Vendor applications for the 2013 Big Chili Cook-off are now available! The 12th Annual Big Chili will be held at the Evergreen Lake House on Sunday, September 8th. The Big Chili attracts more than 5,000 people each year and benefits the Mountain Area Fire departments and the Blue Spruce Kiwanis Foundation.

Retail vendors please submit the above Retail application and you will be notified upon acceptance.

Applications for food vendors will be accepted on a first-come first serve basis, so don’t delay! All applications must be submitted by August 13, 2013. Big Chili, Inc. reserves the right to limit food categories for the Big Chili. Food Vendors will be provided information regarding booth placement and specific set-up, selling and tear-down times. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO FILL IN YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS ON EACH APPLICATION!

Food Vendors are responsible for the following information:

  •  All Vendors MUST have a Food Vendor Permit registered with Jefferson County Health Department. Failure to provide proof of this permit will forfeit your booth space. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  •  All vendors must provide their own booth, tent, table, chairs, and signage. If you are using a tent, you must provide adequate weights or method to secure the tent in case of high winds.
  •  All vendors must set-up and tear-down during the times specified. Space assignments and maps will be provided two weeks prior to the event.
  •  Electricity is available, prior arrangements and payment, must be coordinated in advance.
  •  Vendors will not be allowed to set up until all fees are paid.
  •  The Big Chili Cook-off will be held rain or shine – no refunds for no-shows.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  •  Refunds will be made only if Big Chili, Inc. is notified no later than August 13, 2013.
